Hair Mineral Tissue Analysis test & plan - old clients only
Service Description
Hair tissue Mineral Analysis Test (HTMA) The HTMA is an inexpensive, non-invasive analytical, simple home screening tool, that reveals and explains how chemical toxicity, minerals, nutritional deficiencies and imbalances can influence your health. It provides an insight in to how you can increase energy levels and cognitive performance and improve overall health. The hair will be collected by you and posted off for analysis for the trace elements and mineral levels. Once I receive the test results back, this usually takes up to 8 weeks, I will use these results to develop a highly individualised nutrition, supplement/s and lifestyle plan to address imbalances. Please note, this service is only for old clients who have previously worked with me on a 1:1 basis only. For new clients, please choose one of my 1:1 consultations. so I can do a initial assessment with you. How This Works You will need to choose a convenient time for a 25 minutes consultation with me. Once you have made payment, you will receive a confirmation email which will include a food diary template, please have this completed and returned to be by no later than the day before our initial consultation. I will order the test and this should take a few days to arrive to you. Once I receive the test results I will analyse them and put together your individualise plan. I will message you with a link to arrange a 20 minute consultation to go through the results and plan with you. Also note, it can take up to 9 weeks for me to received the results back and therefore arrange your follow-up consultation.
