Perimenopause and menopause can be a challenging time, navigating symptoms. Such as, hot flushes, mood swings, memory loss, sore bones, weight gain, particularly around the middle. Fatigue, depression, insomnia, night sweats, vaginal dryness, low libido, to name a few. This natural approach can be used, even if you are taking HRT. As these changes are still extremely beneficial and will support you achieve optimum health through these stages and beyond.

What is included in this Package 

The continuation of understanding the importance of the 7 pillars of peri/menopause, that I teach on my peri/menopause coaching program, which are:

How do I subscribe?

What is the cancellation policy? 

You can cancel at any time. If you chose to cancel you will lose access to my website and private groups/pages.

How and when is payment taken?

The 1st monthly payment will be taken immediately after joining and making a payment. Following this, payment will be taken on the same day each month from when you joined.
